For as long as I can remember, there has been a dog at my side, sometimes two, but in all of those years, I never considered Showing. Even when it came time to look for a second wolfhound, I was primarily looking for a pet puppy. However with gentle wisdom, Donna - my breeder - guided me towards the pup she felt would match my household best. And every day since then, I have blessed her foresight. Uilliam has been a joy to raise, quiet and even-tempered, he is a thoughtful puppy, more inclined to watch life pass by from the porch than charge into it with destructive enthusiasm.

As he began to grow into a handsome dog, we started with beginner show classes to prepare him for weekends and specialties with his breeder. Then came several practice shows - just to get him accustomed to the sights and sounds you understand... Have I been bitten by the Show bug? It's still too early to tell, but clearly this wonderful puppy is a tribute to his breed and his bloodline. So look for us ringside, you never know when we might show up!
